With long-term property rentals in El Gouna, my commission fee is the equivalent of 75% of a single month's rent, of whatever property you sign a lease on.

Supplementary Services for Long-Term Tenants

New Lease Agreement - 250 USD

  • At the time of completing a new lease agreement only, this includes adjustments to the lease terms, updates to members on the lease, assistance with acquiring new El Gouna resident card(s), establishing permission to issue QR codes - subject to the owner(s) permission, and acquiring official documents from Orascom for visa renewals, if necessary.
