If you'd like to view any resale properties, I usually need a day's notice. Please keep in mind that with my direct listings I often know the owners fairly well, and will always endeavour to negotiate with them to find a win-win deal for you both. As for the pricing on any given property, most of these are fairly close to market rate, although sometimes an owner insists on pricing high, but I will tell you my thoughts in any meeting with you, on request.

You will see one of two commission rates listed on any given property:
No additional commission fee required OR 2% commission fee required.
The reason being, is that I've already agreed commission rates with some property owners, however for new listings, I will have zero (0%) commission fees for property owners, with 2% commission being required for the buyer, to further increase transparency in the buying process.
