When reading the details of each available long term rental, please keep in mind the specifics are what the owners are asking for - however, what you want and / or need is obviously important too. For instance, perhaps you have a pet, or need a lower price, or a longer lease or whatever... My role isn't just to get you to sign a lease, it's to assist you by personally negotiating the terms you need, so it's a win-win agreement between you and the property owner. 1. Choose the properties you're interested in from my website.
2. View the home, in person or via 'LIVE' video call.
3. In person meeting, or video call, with the owner to see if you feel comfortable with each other.
4. Collection of relevant documents from all parties.
5. Sharing the lease agreement with all parties, to see if there are any adjustments required.
6. The lease agreement is signed.
7. The financial sum is paid by the tenant (to the owner).
8. A home inventory can be done via a checklist to sign, or a video walkthrough, or however preferred.
9. The owner communicates with Community Care and any other relevant parties, for instance Swan Lake by way of example, should additional registration be required for the tenant.
10. The new tenant gets the key(s) on the day of handover!
11. If there's adequate time on the lease, El Gouna resident card(s) can be acquired straightaway once the leased term begins.
* Please note, these are the general steps, however every situation is different. Fundamentally, my role is to bring people together who closely match each others' needs, while mediating each side's interests. The steps are simply a guideline, and may or may not be followed by the parties involved; I do recommend them though.
