Being able to answer your questions in a way that you feel a sense of confidence and closure to any given question is extremely important to me, as well as being able to communicate in UK or US English fluently, to help you feel "right at home" when communicating via email or in person, whenever you have questions.

Through my experience with various real estate processes in El Gouna, I've seen and heard of too many issues that would prevent people from choosing to enter the real estate market here - none of which should exist (or need to exist) in the sales process here, or after closing.

El Gouna is a lovely place to live, and it's certainly far safer to invest in real estate here than most people realise, so I'm sharing my experiences with others, while helping them feel far more comfortable & confident in their investment decisions, especially relating to Orascom's developments in Egypt.
