If you'd like to view any resale properties, I usually need a few day's notice. Please keep in mind that with my direct listings I often know the owners fairly well, and will always endeavour to negotiate with them to find a win-win deal for you both. As for the pricing on any given property, most of these are fairly close to market rate, although sometimes an owner insists on pricing high, but I will tell you my thoughts in any meeting with you, on request.
